Ownership and Fulfillment: The Butterfly Effect LLC operates this store as the authorized payment processor and administrative entity for its non-U.S. holding companies that own the brand and intellectual property.
The U.S. LLC facilitates payments, order processing, and customer service, but does not itself manufacture, fulfill, or transfer title to goods.
Title and risk of loss for all goods transfer to the customer upon shipment from the country of origin (FOB Origin / EXW China).
All contractual performance and fulfillment occur outside the United States.
SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed under the same account, credit card, or shipping address. Contracting and Performance: The Butterfly Effect LLC (USA) acts solely as the authorized administrative and payment-processing entity for its non-U.S. holding companies that own and operate the brand.
All sales, fulfillment, and contractual performance occur outside the United States.
Payment processing by The Butterfly Effect LLC is administrative in nature and does not constitute a U.S. trade or business or create U.S. tax nexus.
Jurisdiction: Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
